Retention systems for people who have to make growth happen.

I'm Olumide Adaramoye. I build automated, retention-driven engagement loops for B2B and B2C fintech, SaaS and e-commerce brands, and I write down how it is actually done, so the teams I work with can run it without me.

About

Meet Dara of Growth

Olumide Adaramoye is a growth operator and lifecycle marketer who builds automated, retention-driven engagement loops for B2B and B2C fintech, SaaS and e-commerce brands. He leans on behavioural psychology to turn high-value audiences into loyal customers — and on systems, so the result keeps working after he leaves the room.

He leads GrowthHackers Africa, helping early-stage founders and tech professionals navigate their 0-to-1 growth journeys, and works with founders and MarTech professionals through Cresens on consulting and coaching engagements.

Outside the work, he invests heavily in young people — particularly in underserved areas — through a number of interventions built on the same belief that runs through everything else here: give people something real to work with, and they will build with it.

“I share what I know so others can grow — and build a community rooted in trust, honesty, and mutual value.”

Three thematic areas

What I do, and what's in it for you

Area 01

Product Growth

Execution, systems, experimentation and measurable outcomes — go-to-market for early-stage companies, lifecycle and CLV work for scaleups and mature businesses.

  • Behavioural economics applied to lifecycle
  • Lifecycle mapping and journey design
  • CRM frameworks and retention architecture
  • Teardowns of AI automation workflows

Area 02

Career Growth

Mentorship infrastructure for marketers who want to move from executing tasks to owning outcomes — with a clear entry point and a clear deep end.

  • Mastermind — Unfair Advantage (access-gated)
  • Career paths for CRM, lifecycle and retention roles

Area 03

Venture Development

A portfolio of ventures built and scaled in the open, documenting the operational frameworks behind them rather than the highlight reel.

  • GrowthHackers Africa — founder and professional community
  • Operating frameworks, published as they're proven

How I work

Problem first. Proof before pitch.

Most growth advice stops at the idea. Every problem I take on runs the same seven steps, in this order, so the result can be handed over and repeated by the team that owns it.

01

The problem

The pain point named precisely — whose problem it is, where it shows up in the funnel, what it costs.

02

The mechanics

A deep dive into why it happens: the behaviour, the data, and the system that produced it.

03

Possible solutions

Research-backed frameworks with the trade-offs stated, not one prescribed answer.

04

Proof of competence

How this exact problem was solved at scale — case studies, workflow diagrams, the numbers.

05

Outcomes

What a partnership or consultation is expected to yield, and on what timeline.

06

Onboarding

Exactly how to bring me in on this specific issue — scope, format, what I'd need from you.

07

Next action

One thing to do next. Take the framework, or book the conversation.

RemarkableReferenceableReplicable — the bar for anything that carries my name. If it does not translate from paper to the real world, it does not go out.

In the room

The work happens with people in front of you

Teaching, community and the long game of building young operators — the part of this brand that never shows up in a dashboard.

Venture development

What I'm building

Ventures I run or co-build, each with its own team, its own audience and its own site.

Work with me

Bring me in on a specific problem

Every enquiry starts the same way: tell me what's happening in the numbers. If it isn't something I can genuinely move, I'll say so.

Consulting

Lifecycle and retention engagements for scaleups and mature companies; GTM and launch work for early-stage teams.

Collaborations

Venture partnerships and joint builds with operators working on similar problems.

Mentorship

Support for marketers aiming for faster, larger growth outcomes.

Workshops and webinars on lifecycle marketing, growth operations and behavioural economics.
